Banana Sushi

Here’s an easy nutritious snack for your kids when they get home from school.  3 ingredients only, but the presentation makes this snack so popular.  Serve with chopsticks for “sushi” fun.

Soft flour tortilla shell

Ripe banana (whole and peeled)

Nutella spread

Lay a tortilla on a flat surface and spread Nutella to the edges.  Place the banana and one end and roll it up.  Slice into small pieces and serve.
