Easy Oatmeal Pancakes

Here’s a quick, easy breakfast tip to pack more nutrition into your basic pancake recipe.  Just add quick oats to 2 cups of prepared complete pancake mix and viola!

2 cups of prepared COMPLETE pancake mix

1/2 cups of quick oats

3 cups of water

Diced bananas

Toasted pecans

 

Combine pancake mix, oats and water in a large bowl.  Mix.  If the texture is too thick, gradually add more water.

On a well-greased, pre-heated grill, pour 1/4 cup of batter to form the pancakes.  Let cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side.

Top with diced bananas and toasted pecans.
