The Easy Hard-Boiled Egg

It’s almost Easter and if you are stressed about making the perfect hard-boiled eggs to dye, don’t worry. I have the perfect (easy) answer. Just put them in a muffin tin and bake them for 30 minutes.

Ingredients:

1 dozen eggs

4 cups of water

1 cup of ice

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Place eggs in a muffin tin.  Bake 30 miutes (exactly).  Meanwhile, prepare a large bowl with ice water.

After 30 minutes, remove from the oven and place immediately into the ice water to stop the cooking process.

Remove from ice water after 2 minutes.
